Vacuum or pressure system leaking?
KHR finds, pinpoints and measures hard-to-find leak indications for industrial and research equipment across Ontario
and Quebec.
Â
From pump-down problems to planned acceptance work, we bring the detector, field connections and test planning
needed to investigate the system at your site.
Since 2007
Direct technical experience with unusual leak and vacuum problems.
Servicing Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and ManitobaÂ
Regional field service planning around access, readiness, and timing.Â

Find a leak path that ordinary checks cannot pinpoint
Helium is a sensitive, inert tracer. Under suitable conditions, a mass spectrometer leak detector can localize a helium
response and support a measured leak rate. The achievable result depends on the system boundary, preparation,
background, access and selected method.

A clear path from triage to next steps
1. Technical triage
Review the system, symptom, site, target, and timing.
2. Preparation
Confirm the boundary, access, utilities, and tracer gas arrangement.
3. Detection
Test methodically and localize relevant responses.
About Us
Vacuum or pressure system leaking? We find and quantify the source.
On-site helium mass spectrometry across Ontario and Quebec.
Start with a Symptom.
Will not Pump Down
The vacuum stalls above its expected pressure or takes too long to reach target.
Acceptance test failed
A chamber, assembly or pressure boundary does not meet the agreed requirement.
Process cross-contamination
Leakage, air ingress or cross-communication may be affecting integrity or operation.
Unknown pressure loss
The system loses pressure, but ordinary checks do not reveal the source.
